New Bloggers Series - Helpful Websites

As if the new software wasn't enough... I've found a few websites you should definitely check out.

First up, there's a blog just for us!  It's called Tips For New Bloggers and it's crammed with all sorts of great information, for those of us working with Blogger.

You can find out how to add images to your header.  There's a huge Blogger FAQ and help guide.  And, well, pretty much anything else you'd care to find out. Great blog.  Check it out.

Anyone wanting to learn more about the business of blogging would do well to add Skelliewag to their favourites list.  Again, an amazing resource of everything you need to know to run a successful blog without losing your mind.  Sorted into handy categories, like Creating Vital Content, and the ever-important Getting Noticed, this is an easy-to-navigate site.  I'd really recommend spending a few hours with it.

And, finally, for those of you wondering if you can make any money blogging, there's ProBlogger, written by Darren Rowse, a man who supports himself entirely by blogging.  Quite a dream...

It's a huge site.  Overwhelming, in fact.  But every time I go there, I pick up something useful.  So add it to your favourites as well and check in on it frequently.

TypePad bloggers, I haven't forgotten you!  Check out The Everything TypePad Blog for all sorts of tips, tricks and helpful hints.  The categories are listed down at the very bottom of the page and there's a search feature in the top right-hand corner.

Wordpress Tutorials has lots and lots of information for you Wordpress Bloggers.

Mac users?  Try here , here and here.  I don't have a Mac, so I chose these articles because they seemed to have a lot of information.  If you know of better, please let us know!
