Phase One of our move - the moving of ourselves and immediate necessities to our temporary digs - takes place tomorrow. I finally got to go in and have a look at it today. It's actually quite nice. A bit like a cottage, I think. It even comes with some furniture for us to use.
I really want to show you pictures of what may well be the ugliest sofa in the history of sofadom. But that will have to wait awhile, I'm afraid.
Phase Two - the moving of our less immediate necessities and the very big and scary baking equipment into storage - and Phase Three - the sending of the extraneous to auction - still loom large.
Add to that the fact that, while our internet connection in the new place has been requested, we have been given no firm date when it will actually be granted, and we have the makings of a blogging blackout.
I will be taking a break from my blogs for the next two weeks, while I get organized and sorted.

Enjoy the time off and the move---especially if those boxes do have the vodka and smirnoff in them-hee-hee!
I took some time off also and am back to posting--sometimes you just need to do that!
