Well, that was my plan, but between the fact that I never seemed to be in the right place at the right time (they have two auctioneers at once here), and the fact that it's summer time, so the prices are really high, I didn't come home with a lot of stuff to show for my five solid hours of work.
Don't get me wrong, I still believe that I have the coolest job on earth. It's just that some days, I don't feel terribly productive.
I did manage to snag this, though. It's a hardware sample board and possibly the coolest thing I've brought home from the auction ever.
It needs a good scrub. And then.... I'm not sure it'll make it into the shop!
